Smokin’ hot Southern Rock served up with a heapin’ helpin’ of country and soul…
Long before the PNW were to ever know of them, Big John Hamhock and Uncle Dave grew up within spittin’ distance of each other straddlin’ both sides of the Mason-Dixon line. That Ohio Valley, with it’s muddy water and gravel roads, is where they first learned to play and it’s where the seeds of their particular brand of music first began to take root. Although they didn’t know each other back then, when they met in Seattle in ’05, those roots combined to begin the rock and roll freight train we know now as Bullitt County.
Today The County is comprised of Big John Hamhock and Uncle Dave out front tearin’ up strings and beltin’ out the tunes, Mike Schuppe playin’ those tasty lead licks that’ll make everybody break out the air guitars, Ted Cochran makin’ your feet refuse to sit still with that rumblin’ bass, and Grant Eoff beatin’ those skins and keepin’ the train a rollin’ on down the tracks. These five brothers will split your ears with the heavy side of southern rock, make you kick up your boots as they swerve toward the country roads, and lead you to your lover when they slow it down to soothe your soul.
